No New Posts § sharken caverns

Potentially the most dangerous place in all of Azeno, Sharken Caverns is full of poisonous Pokemon, along with a nasty radiation that can cause people to fall ill if they stay long enough. Don't worry though, to become seriously ill, you'd have to stay in the caverns for weeks. If you start to feel ill, you could always go to the Giant Sinkhole, which is easily reachable from any area of the caverns. The sinkhole doesn't have any radiation, so it's a great place to recover.

Due to the radiation, Pokemon that aren't Poison-types can't live in the caverns. Just like humans, they fall severely ill if they stay in the caverns for weeks at a time. That's not the only worry for your Pokemon though, as they also have to deal with the potential of being poisoned by one of the many wild Pokemon in Sharken Caverns. You might want to bring a few antidotes with you, just in case.

No New Posts § the giant sinkhole

Instead of entering the actual caverns, you could skip all the poisonous Pokemon and go straight to an area called the Giant Sinkhole. To left of the caverns entrance is a path that leads to a large hole in the ground, which is populated by Bug-types. This area doesn't have radiation, so you can stay here for as long as you'd like.

If you're tired of being in the sinkhole, you can very easily enter the caverns. On almost every wall in the sinkhole is a hole that leads back into the caverns. Just be careful when you go into them, as you'll be exposed to the poisonous radiation!

Board Description
§ sharken caverns
Sharken Caverns are a peculiar set of caves in western Azeno. Scientists aren't sure why, but the rocks in the caverns give off a slight radiation. The radiation isn't strong enough to kill or cause illness to a human or Pokemon if they're there for a short time, but if you stay in the caverns long enough, you will start to notice nausea.

Since it's impossible to stay in the caverns for long periods of time, the only Pokemon who inhabit them are Poison-types. Though there is an area of the caverns where the radiation isn't strong at all. Near the entrance of Sharken is a path that leads up to a giant sinkhole, named The Giant Sinkhole. The Giant Sinkhole can also be reached from inside the caverns.
